摘要
高校图书招标采购是近年新起的采购管理方式。文章从国家新颁布的政府招标采购法的基本原则以及高校图书招标采购的起因、方法、意义及存在的问题入手 ,对高校图书采访工作的的规范化、法制化管理作了分析和探讨。
Public bidding for books in universities and colleges is a purchase management way that has sprung up in recent years.This paper starts from the fundamental principles of goverment bids law which is newly issued,then examines the causes、methods、significance and existing problems of bids.Finally it analyses and probes into the standardization、legalization and future development of bids management.
