摘要
房地产抵押贷款证券化作为一种新型的资产处理方式和融资工具 ,在我国正处于探索和起步阶段。在引入这一金融工具时 ,不但要对其市场可行性进行分析 ,同时不能忽略对其法律环境的分析 ,因为法律制度不仅是确保证券化有效运行的关键因素 。
The introduction of mortgage backed security as a new form and technique of financing is still at the beginning stage in china. We should not only analyze its market possibility, but also analysis its leg al environment. Legal institution is the key of security, affects the cost and i ncome of security.
