“西部各州规划领导回顾 ”活动是由林肯土地政策学院和西部协商委员会等机构和组织共同主办的,每年举行一次。这项活动为来自西部13个州的规划工作者提供了一个互相交流和学习的论坛,并且更注重于鼓励他们就城市增长和土地使用问题探索出适用于西部地区的发展策略。本文对2000和2001年举办的最初两次活动做了总结和介绍。
The Western State PlanningLeadership Retreat is an annual eventsponsored by the Lincoln Institute of LandPolicy and the Western Consensus Council.The retreats provide a forum for state-level planners from 13 Western states tocompare and learn their experiences,encourage them to explore a range ofstrategies for responding to growth andland use issues in the West. This papersummarizes the first two retreats in 2000and 2001.
