张家口市住宅围护结构热工性能及能耗分析

Thermal properties and energy analysis of residential building envelope in Zhangjiakou

根据张家口市气象资料 ,对该市住宅围护结构 (墙体和屋顶 )几种常用构造的热工性能、能耗等作了分析比较 ,建议墙体采用空心砖并作外保温处理 ,在保温的同时应兼顾夏季隔热 ,并应严格控制窗墙面积比 ,加强门窗的气密性。

According to the meteorological data of Zhangjiakou city, analyses and compares thermal properties and energy consumption of a few kinds of common structure materials of residential building envelopes (wall and roof). Puts forward some suggestions such as adopting hollow-brick walls and exterior heat insulation, paying attention to heat insulation in summer, confining area ratio of window to wall and improving air tightness of doors and windows.
