运行状态下的风力机叶片在线监测技术进展 被引量:2

The Progress of Online Monitoring Technology for the Wind Turbine Blades in Running State

摘要 由于长期处于冰冻、台风、雷击和盐雾等恶劣气候条件下运行,风力机叶片易出现不同程度的疲劳损伤的问题,本文综述了包括振动检测技术、声发射检测技术、机器视觉检测技术和红外热成像检测技术等目前国内外应用于运行状态下的风力机叶片在线监测和故障诊断的主要检测技术,详细介绍了各检测技术的检测原理和应用范围,对比分析各检测技术的优缺点,最后对该领域未来的发展方向提出了建议,认为未来还需要在多传感器优化融合、布线及信号优化方面深入研究。 After a long term of operating under adverse weather conditions as freezing,typhoons,lightning,and salt spray and so on,the wind turbine blades will suffer from various degrees of fatigue damage. The main inspection techniques widely used to achieve the online monitoring of the wind turbine blades in running states,including vibration detection technology,acoustic emission detection technology,machine vision detection technology and infrared thermal imaging detection technology,were reviewed in this paper. The detection principle and the application range of each detection technology were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each testing technology were analyzed. Finally,some sugqestions for the future development direction in this field was put forward,which need to do deeper study on multi-sensor optimized fusion,wiring and signal optimization.
