湿法脱硫尾气排放的烟羽扩散数值模拟 被引量:10

Numerical Simulation of Wet Plume Diffusion after Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization System

摘要 为了研究湿法脱硫尾气排放的烟羽扩散特性,基于大气环境基本理论,以在大气中扩散的混合气流为研究对象,通过FLUENT软件对不同参数下的烟羽扩散进行三维计算,模拟湿法脱硫尾气在大气中的温度场、速度场,进而获得湿法脱硫尾气的轨迹发展和扩散过程,并通过模拟数据与实测数据对比,验证了结果的可信性。结果表明:环境温度与烟气温度的降低,可有效缩减烟羽长度;烟气流速的提高对烟羽气相扩散有促进作用,烟羽抬升高度、落地距离和扩散宽度都有明显增加;环境风速和烟气速度的增加对液滴颗粒扩散影响显著,有利于湿烟羽的扩散。 In order to investigate the characteristics of the plume diffusion after the wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)system,based on the theory of atmospheric environment,a three-dimensional calculation of the plume diffusion was carried out by FLUENT numerical simulation.The distribution of temperature and velocity field of the plume after WFGD were simulated,and the trajectories of gas and droplet in the diffusion process were obtained.The reliability of the results is verified by comparing the simulated data with the field measured data.The results show that theflue gas plume length can be effectively reduced with the decrease of ambient temperature and flue gas temperature.The increase of flue gas velocity can promote the gas phase diffusion of plume,and the plume elevation,landing distance and diffusion width are increased clearly.The increase of ambient wind speed and flue gas velocity has a significant effect on droplet particle diffusion,which is beneficial to the diffusion of wet plume.
