螺旋翅片管换热器设计校核计算软件开发

Development of Design and Calibration Calculation Software for Spiral Finned Tube Heat Exchanger

摘要 换热器在各类工程中应用十分广泛,而换热器的设计和校核工作量大,计算所需参考图表和资料多,效率普遍不高。基于前苏联锅炉计算方法 73标准、锅炉水力特性计算标准和锅炉空气动力计算标准为依托,以Fortran90作为程序开发语言,开发了螺旋翅片管换热器设计校核计算软件。该软件将换热器的结构参数和设计指标作为输入数据,直接输出传热和阻力的计算结果。软件计算结果与换热器实际测量值误差在3%以内。 Heat exchangers are widely used in various types of projects.The design and calibration calculations of heat exchangers need to refer to a large number of charts and data,thus,the workload is large and the efficiency is generally low.A design and calibration calculation software for heat exchanger was developed using Fortran 90 language based on the former Soviet Union boiler calculation method 73 standard,boiler water conservancy characteristic calculation standard,and boiler aerodynamic calculation standard.The software takes the structural parameters and design specifications of the heat exchanger as input data,and the calculation results of heat transfer and resistance are directly displayed.The calculation error of the software is within 3%compared to the actual measurement of the heat exchanger.
