酶联免疫吸附试验底物A中受氢体的比较研究

A comparison of hydrogen accepter of substrate A in ELISA.

目的提高酶联免疫吸附试验的灵敏度。方法选择过氧化氢、过氧化脲分别作为底物A中的受氢体,用酶联免疫法确定其最佳工作浓度,进行灵敏度、精密性、稳定性的比较。结果过氧化脲在酶联免疫吸附试验中的灵敏度略高于过氧化氢。结论过氧化脲比过氧化氢更适宜作底物A中的受氢体。

Objective To improve the sensitivity in ELISA.Method Hydrogen peroxide or ured peroxide was used as the hydrogen acceptor of substrate A.The sensi-tivity,precision and stability were comyared in ELISA.Result When used in ELISA,Ured peroxide's sensitinity was a little higher than Hydrogen's.Conclusion Ured perox-ide is much better than that of hydrogen peroxide when both used as the hydrogen ac-cepter of substrate A.
