摘要
目的建立快速检测尿液中有机磷浓度的方法。方法基于尿液中有机磷在碱性条件下与4-(4-硝基苄)吡啶(NBP)反应生成蓝色化合物可在520nm波长比色测定的原理,通过对实验条件的优选和方法学评价,建立了本法。结果本法回收率在91%~113.1%,批内CV%为3.25%~7.63%,批间CV%在7.68%~9.3%,敌敌畏浓度在0~120mg/L、甲胺磷浓度在0~130mg/L范围内线性良好。结论本法准确度和精密度均较好,能符合临床要求。
Objetive To establish a rapid methed to detecterminate urinary or-ganic phosphate.Methods The method was found according to the principle that the organic phosphate in urine could be converted to blue compound and detected by col-orimetry in520nm.The optical condition was established,and a series of examinations for method estimation were investigated.Re sults The average rate of recovery was91%~113.1%.The within-group CV was3.25%~7.63%,and the between-group CV was7.68%~9.3%.The assay was linearly asociated0~120mg /L dichlorvos and0~130mg /L trimethyl phosphonoacetate.Con clusion The accuracy and precision of colormetric method are good enough to accord with the clinical requires.
