鼻咽小梭形细胞癌的形态定量学特征

Morphometric Features of Small Spindle Cell Carcinoma in Nasopharynx

采用图像分析仪检测鼻咽小梭形细胞癌的多个形态定量学参数。结果显示其特征如下:(1)平均核面积<27.84μm^2;(2)平均核椭圆形状因子<398.95;(3)平均核圆度>2.09;(4)平均核规则形状因子<866.01。因此,作者认为上述四个参数可作为诊断鼻咽小梭形细胞癌的客观指标。

Morphometric parameters of nasopharyngeal small spindle cell carcinoma (NSSCC) were measured by Quantimet 520 image analyser. The results showed that the nuclei of NSSCC had the following features: 1. Mean nuclear area<27.84μm^2; 2. Mean nuclear form ellipsoidity <398.95; 3. Mean nuclear roundness>2.09; 4. Mean nuclear form regularity<866.01. The authors assumed that the above parameters could be applied as objective criteria for diagnosing NSSCC.
