摘要
采用Leitz—MPV Ⅲ型显微镜光度计检测75例临床Ⅰ期鼻咽癌癌细胞核的DNA含量,并分析其分布型式。结果显示:早期鼻咽癌癌细胞核DNA的分布按其主峰所在可分为五种型式。癌细胞核的DNA指数、单位面积DNA指数、2.5~5.0cDNA细胞数和>5.0cDNA细胞数均随着Ⅱ型、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型而逐步增加;而Ⅱ+Ⅲ型的各个相应数值恰好位于Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型之间,NP型则位于Ⅲ型与Ⅳ型之间。上述结果说明,鼻咽癌发生的早期,自觉症状出现不久,绝大多数病例中癌细胞的间变性(多形性和不典型性)程度并不高。因此,早期治疗非常必要。
The nuclear DNA content and its distribution patterns of cancer cell nuclei in 75 stage Ⅰ nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cases were measured and analysed by means of Leitz —MPV Ⅲ microspectrophotometer. The results showed that basing upon the existing peak on the DNA distribution histogram,there were 5 patterns representatively. The values of the DNA index,the Unit DNA index,the 2.5~5.0c DNA cell numbers and the more than 5.0c DNA cell numbers were increased with the change from Pattern Ⅱ to Pattern Ⅲ, then to Pattern Ⅳ;while the values of Pattern Ⅱ+Ⅲ were in between the Pattern Ⅰ and Ⅲ and those of Pattern NP in between the Pattern Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The above findings demonstrated that at the initial stage of symptomatic NPC,though the cancer cell karyotype of the vast majority of cases had been founded, the degree of morphologic anaplasia (polymorphism and atypism)was not quite high. Accordingly, early treatment against time is absolutely of necessity.
