超声引导经皮穿刺治疗肾脓肿的临床意义

The Clinical Value of Interventional Ultrasound in the Therapy Renal Abscess

目的 探讨肾脓肿微创伤介入治疗方法。方法 超声引导下经皮穿刺对 12例肾脓肿进行脓汁引流、脓腔冲洗、注药治疗 ,细菌培养、药敏感试验、抗感染治疗。结果 细菌培养阳性 7例 ,阴性 5例 ,全部病例经 1～ 4周治疗后痊愈 ,未发生并发症。结论 介入超声治疗肾脓肿安全有效、无并发症 。

Objective To discuss the intervention of treating renal abscess. Methods Twelve patients with renal abscess were treated by ultrasound guided puncture, draining pus juice, flushing abscess cavity, injecting drug, and so on. Results All patients recovered 1～4 weeks after therapy, and no complication was found. Conclusion Interventional ultrasound is a safe, effective method in the therapy of renal abscess, which is valuable for popularization and application.
