周围浅表血管瘤的彩超特征性改变

The Appearance of Hemangioma of Peripheral Soft Tissue on Color Doppler Flow Imaging

目的 探讨周围浅表血管瘤的彩色多普勒 (CDFI)表现。方法 对 3 0例周围浅表血管瘤术前应用高频CDFI检查诊断与术后病理诊断对比。结果 3 0例周围浅表血管瘤中除 2例因出血感染囊性变未能定性外 ,其余 2 8例均作出明确诊断。结论 高频CDFI对周围浅表血管瘤的诊断简单可靠 。

Objective To explore the appearance of hemangioma of peripheral soft tissue on color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods We studied the color Doppler showings of 30 cases of hemangioma within the peripheral soft tissue and compared the results of ultrasound with pathology. Results Correct diagnoses were made by CDFI in 28 cases while incorrect diagnoses were made in 2 cases that had infection or cystic changes within the tumor. Conclusion CDFI is easy to operate and valuable in the diagnosis of hemangioma within peripheral soft tissue.
