摘要
目的 评价体外治疗性超声波 (ETUS)经颅增强尿激酶 (UK)溶栓的效果。方法 抽取 2 0名健康自愿者的静脉血 ,按配伍组设计原则分 6组 :①单用生理盐水 (NS)组 (对照组 ) ;②单纯UK组 ;③ETUS +NS组 ;④ETUS +UK组 ;⑤ETUS +NS +颅骨组 ;⑥ETUS +UK +颅骨组。溶解率以血栓溶解后失重的百分率来计算。结果 ETUS +NS组、ETUS+NS +颅骨组与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而ETUS +UK组、ETUS +UK +颅骨组的血块溶解率均比单纯UK组显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ;其中ETUS +UK组的溶解率高于ETUS +UK +颅骨组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 尽管低频超声波穿透颅骨后能量有衰减 。
Objective Evaluation of the thrombolytic effect of urokinase (UK) with External Therapeutic Ultrasound (ETUS) with low-frequency through human skull irradiation in vitro. Methods The clots was formed from freshly drawn human blood. It was then exposed to ①saline control, ②saline+UK, ③saline+ETUS, ④saline+UK+ETUS, ⑤saline+ETUS+skull, and ⑥saline+UK+ETUS+skull. Loss in weight of each clot was used to measure the extent of thrombolysis.Results No significant changes (P>0.05) were seen between the groups of saline control, saline+ETUS, and saline+ETUS+skull after treament. Thrombolysis was significantly increased (P<0.01)in the groups of saline+UK+ETUS and saline+UK+ETUS+skull vs.UK alone.In which, the lysis of saline+UK+ETUS is more significantly than that of saline+ETUS+skull(P<0.01).Conclusion Attenuation is occured by transcranilium insonation of the ETUS, but the addition of ETUS increase this effect more significantly than do the UK alone.
