摘要
针对FANUCO数控系统加工的初始状态信息提取,采用Visual C++语言,利用RS232通信接口,开发了机床加工过程仿真软件.该仿真软件不仅能够检验数控加工代码的正确性,还可仿真机床在某一加工时刻的运行状态,并对可能或已经出现的机床报警信息、加工时间等进行预报.
Based on the initial informations of FANUC0 NC system and developed with Microsoft Visual C+ +6.0,using RS232 communication interface,a software which simulates the machining process is developed. This software not only can verifiy the NC code programs, but also simulate the cutting state on different time and predict the alarms which will exist or have existed about the machine and the machining time.
