Data Acquisition System for Fast Testing Green Sand Quality Parameters

针对湿型砂质量参数快速检测方法短缺的问题,根据湿型砂的电导特性与其质量紧密相关原理,以80C196KC单片机为核心,建立了用于湿型砂质量参数快速检测的数据采集与处理系统.经过模拟实验表明:此系统能够在20s内同时完成湿型砂的紧实率、有效粘土含量、含水量、砂温、透气性及综合强度等质量参数的快速检测,为评价湿型砂质量提供了依据.

To solve the problems that there is shortage of the method of fast testing green sand quality parameters, according to the principle of close relation between conductance characteristic and quality of green sand, a data acquisition system for fast testing green sand quality parameters is constructed by 80C196KC single -chip -microcomputer. It is by simulated experiment proved that several greensand quality parameters including compressibility, available clay content, moisture, temperature, permeability and synthetical strength of greensand can be tested simultaneously in 20 second, which provides a good evidence to value the quality of green sand.
