摘要
为实现将仪器接入网络的目的,采用Microsoft的RPC开发工具包,对TCP/IP-IEEE488.1接口规范进行了软件实现.利用该软件,配合带有IEEE488.1接口的仪器,在以太网内对滤波器幅/频特性进行了自动测试.结果表明,基于RPC开发的网络化自动测试系统运行稳定、可扩展性好.
To achieve the purpose of connecting the instrument to network, the software corresponding to the TCP/IP-IEEE488.1 is developed with the Microsoft's RPC tools kit.Using the software and the IEEE488.1 instruments the Amplitude/frequence characteristic of a filter circuit is tested automatically. The running results show that the networklized automatic test system developed by RPC is of good stability and expansibility.
