摘要
本文以苯丙醚为原料,经酰化、溴化和水解反应合成了苯并二呋喃酮类染料分散红356的重要中间体-对丙氧 基苦杏仁酸。探讨优化了酰化反应和溴化反应的反应条件,这三步反应的收率分别为80.9%,78.0%和84.7%。
p-n-Propoxyl mandelic acid, an important intermediate for benzodifuranone dyes (C.I. Disperse Red 35), was synthesized from n-propyl phenyl ether by acylation, bromination and hydrolysis reaction and reaction conditions were investigated. The yields for acylation, bromination and hydrolysis were 80.9%, 78.0% and 84.7%, respectively.
