多活性基活性染料及其拼混应用

A Study on Multifunctional Reactive Dyes and Their Combination

活性染料已成为最重要的染料类别,多活性基染料是染料的发展方向。本文叙述了常见几类活性基因的特性以及活性基团间桥接基对染料性能的影响。两类多活性基染料已具有商业价值;根据染料的相容性、染色条件以及染料的结构特性来选择拼混染料。不同类染料可以进行拼混。两种相同活性基团的多活性基染料的拼混可以得到很好的拼混染料,国外已经提出并发表了多种类型的拼混情况。拼混应用已成为活性染料重点研究的方向之一。

Reactive dyes have become the most important type of dye. Multifunctional reactive dyes provide a promising trend in the dye industry. Discussion mainly focused on the features of several current reactive groups and the effect of the group linking the reactive group and the parent dye on the properties of the dyes. Two kinds of commercial dyes were chosen for combination based on their compatibility, dying conditions and structural features. It was found that two different types of reactive dyes could be mixed together for dyeing and two reactive dyes having the same functional group can be mixed very well for dyeing as already reported abroad. Dye combination has become one of the key trends in reactive dye research.
