摘要
利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用分析技术分析了3,3′-二(3-磺酸丙基)-4,5,4′,5″-二苯并-9-乙基噻碳菁三乙胺盐,在HPLC(流动相:甲醇/水=85/15,流速:0.8ml/min,色谱柱:Waters Symmetry(C18),检测波长:280nm)条件下实现主产物与杂质有效分离,利用质谱(ESI条件:干燥气流量:5L/min,电离电压:3.0KV,离子源温度:120℃)对杂质进行鉴定,根据分析结果确定了杂质的化学结构,分析了杂质引入的途径。
The impurities present in a thiocarbocyanine dye were studied by HPLC-ESI, isolated from the main product and characterized by ESI. It indicated that the impurities came from original starting material.
