摘要 通过对差压波动信号的详细分析 ,明确了液塞头和液塞尾到达和离开传感器测压点的时刻与差压信号特征点之间的物理关系 ,提出了采用差压波动信号分析技术获得液塞速度、液塞长度和液塞频率的计算公式。采用该方法 ,在室内长 2 4m、内径 0 .0 5 4m试验架上以空气 水、空气 柴油和空气 6 8# 机械油为介质进行了实际测试 ,经过和文献中数据以及经验公式对比 。 Slug flow was the main regime in gas and liquid pipeline. The main slug flow characteristic parameters were slug velocity, slug length and slug frequency.By the analysis of differential pressure signal, the relationship between the signal character point and the moment of slug front arriving at the upstream location of differential pressure transducer and of slug trail leaving from the downstream location was expressed. By above analysis, a new method for measuring the slug velocity, slug length and slug frequency was achieved. Adopting this method, the testing data gotten from the test in length 24m and diameter 0.054m glass pipe were analyzed. The result is correct .
