结、直肠癌细胞核DNA含量的MSP分析研究

Study on Cellular Nuclear DNA Content of Colorectal Cancer Analyzed by Microspectrophotometry

摘要 用显微分光光度计检测64例结、直肠癌及其对照肠粘膜细胞核DNA含量,并行细胞核DNA含量分布直方图型分析。淋巴细胞和对照肠粘膜细胞核DNA含量直方图属Ⅰ型。64例结、直肠癌中,56例(87.50%)DNA直方图为Ⅱ~Ⅳ型。与对照肠粘膜细胞比较,结、直肠癌细胞核平均DNA含量、平均核面积和>2C DNA含量的细胞百分率以及各项数值的标准差均明显增加。肠癌细胞核DNA含量直方图与Dukes’分期和分化程度无关。 The cellular nuclear DNA relative contents of the colorectal cancer and the control normal colonic mucosa in 64 patients were determined using microspectrophotometry, and the cellular DNA distribution patterns were analyzed. Type Ⅰ histogram is characterized by porpulation of the lymphocyte and normal colonic mucosa cell. The cellular DNA distribution patterns of 56(87.50%) colorectal cancer cases showed type Ⅱ—Ⅳ histograms. The nuclear DNA mean content and nuclear mean area tended to be markedly higher in the colorectal cancer than in the normal colonic mucosa. In this study, the cellular DNA distribution patterns have been no related to the clinical stage according to Dukes' classification and histopathological differentiation.
