摘要
应用免疫细胞化学技术(双PAP法),采用三种人结肠癌相关抗原的单克隆抗体(MC_5、CL—2、CL—4),对205例大肠癌及癌旁粘膜进行检测,结果显示癌旁移行粘膜相关抗原阳性率介于正常粘膜与不典型增生之间。此结果可能提示癌旁移行粘膜具有癌前病变性质。
By double PAP immunohistochemical procedure, the expression of three colorectal carcinoma associated antigens defind by monocolonal antibodies MC_5, CL—2 and CL—4 were studied in both colorectal cancer and transitional mucosa (TM). It was found that the prostive rates of three antigens in TM was between those in normal colorectal mucosa and the dysplasia. The result suggested that TM may be a precancerous lesion possibly.
