饲料营养水平对家畜肠道微生物和疾病的影响

摘要
肠道的营养、健康与动物体的健康息息相关。胃肠道是病原菌侵染动物的一个直接途径。如果这些器官的保护机制失效,病原菌就能够建群并且进入宿主细胞和组织。肠道对抗病原菌侵入的机制包括IgA的分泌、共生微生物区系的维持、生理抑制条件的维持、粘蛋白屏障和蠕动机制的形成。文章就以上几个方面阐述了饲料中营养水平和组成对家畜肠道微生物、疾病的影响,并对进一步的研究作了展望。
