KX-21全自动血细胞分析仪溶血剂的研制与应用

The development and applications of hemolysis reagent for KX-21 automatic hemocyte analyzer

目的 研制KX 2 1全自动血细胞分析仪的溶血剂 ,实现在KX 2 1全自动血细胞分析仪上的广泛应用。方法 根据KX 2 1全自动血细胞分析仪的工作原理 ,参考一些文献资料 ,研制出自配溶血剂 ,与原配溶血剂作一系列对比实验 ,并应用于临床标本测试。结果 自配溶血剂的各项性能指标都已达到原配溶血剂的水平 ,临床应用效果良好。结论 自配溶血剂能取代原配溶血剂应用于KX 2 1全自动血细胞分析仪上。

Objective To develop a kind of hemolysis reagent which is applied in KX-21 automatic hemocyte analyzer. Methods According to the principle of KX-21 automatic hemocyte analyzer and some literature,we developed the heoylysis reagent and had a test in clinical sample.Results Our self-made hemolysis reagent's functions are compatible to import hemolysis,and have a good effect in clinic application.Conclusion Import hemolysis reagent could be replaced with our self-made hemolysis when applied in KX-21 automatic hemocyte analyzer.
