眼内异物的CT诊断和定位

The design and clinical application of CT intraocular foreign body localization chart

目的 探讨CT在眼内异物定位中的使用价值。方法 参阅CT横扫序列片将异物按照测量的结果标画在CT眼内异物定位图上。结果 4 0例可疑眼内异物患者有 16例查出为眼内异物或球壁异物 (其中 6例普通X线不显影 ) ,采用此法定位 ,迅速、准确地作出了诊断和定位。结论 利用CT诊断和定位眼内异物 ,简便易行、迅速准确 ,值得推广。

Objective To explore the design of CT intraocular foreign body localizating chart and application in clinical practice.Methods After CT scanning, drow the foreign body shadow on the CT intraocular foreign body localization chart. The intraocular foreign bodies were precisely detected by eliminating the disturbance of extraocular foreign bodies in actinography.Results The 16 cases of intraocular foreign bodies can be localized quickly and precisely by this way and the intraocular foreign bodies were extracted successfully. Conclusion The simple, easy, and precise method of locating the intraocular foreign bodies for ocular foreign bodies worth extending.
