摘要
目的 探讨支原体肺炎患儿血清中细胞因子的变化及意义。方法 采用化学发光酶免疫分析法对 4 0例支原体肺炎患儿及 30例正常健康儿童的血清中白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)进行检测。 4 0例患儿中重症肺炎 8例、轻症肺炎 32例。结果 支原体肺炎患儿急性感染期时血清中IL 6、IL 8和TNF α水平明显高于健康儿童 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而恢复期时血清IL 6、IL 8和TNF α含量和健康儿童差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞因子IL 6、IL 8和TNF α在支原体肺炎患儿感染中起着重要的作用 ,其水平高低与病情严重程度有关。
Objective\ To investigate the changes and significance of serum cytokines in infant patients with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods Serum Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-8) and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were measured with chemiluminescant enzyme immunoassay in 40 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia(severe 8,slight 32) by clinical diagnosis and in 30 healthy children.Results The level of serum IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α of patients in acute MP were magnificent higher than that of healthy children.But the level of serum IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α of MP patients in convalescence were not magnificent with that of healthy children.Conclusion Serum IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α olayed important role in patients with MP infection.
