双酶法合成中D-对羟基苯甘氨酸及其中间体的测定 被引量:1

Determination of D-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine and N-Carbamyl-D-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine in Dual-Enzymatic Synthesis

摘要 建立了双酶法合成中D 对羟基苯甘氨酸及其中间体N 氨甲酰基 D 对羟基苯甘氨酸的定量检测方法 :前者通过测反应混合物中NH4+ 的增加来定量 ,后者则以PDAB显色定量。此法对NH4+ 和N 氨甲酰基 D 对羟基苯甘氨酸的回收率分别为 97.7%~ 10 2 .5 %和 98.4 %~ 10 1.7%。 A determination method ofD-p-hydroxyphenylglycine and N-carbamyl-D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine in dual-enzymatic synthesis was established. D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was determined by detecting the increment of NH 4 +, and the PDAB reagent determined the N-carbamyl derivative. The recovery percentages of NH 4 +and N-carbamyl-D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine are 97.7%~102.5% and 98.4%~101.7%, respectively.
