摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复方氯苯那敏滴鼻液中氯苯那敏、去氧肾上腺素的含量。方法:以甲醇-水(0.2%三乙胺,0.2%辛烷磺酸钠,用磷酸调节pH至3.5)比例为60:40作流动相,以Autima C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,检测波长230nm。结果:2种成分分离良好,去氧肾上腺素浓度在12.5~625μg·mL^(-1)有良好线性关系,r=0.999 3,氯苯那敏浓度在10.0~500μg·mL^(-1)有良好线性关系,r=0.9999。结论:该方法可用于同时测定滴鼻液中氯苯那敏、去氧肾上腺素的含量。 AIM: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of phenylephrine and chlor-phenamine in nasal drops. METHODS: Phenylephrine and chlorphenamine were eluted with CH3OH:H2O(60:40,V/ V), on Autima C18 column and determined at 230 nm. RESULTS: Both constituents were separated effectively. There was good linear relationship with the concentration range of phenylephrine of 12.5 - 625 μg·mL-1( r= 0.999 3) and the concentration range of chlorphenamine of 10.0 - 500μg·mL-1 ( r = 0.999 9). CONCLUSION: This method is accurate for the simultaneous determination of both constituents in the nasal drops.
