诱导子对野罂粟悬浮培养细胞中活性生物碱产生的作用考察(英文) 被引量:6

摘要 研究了真菌诱导子和金属诱导子对野罂粟培养细胞中生物碱 (野罂粟碱和黑龙辛甲醚 )产生的影响。在野罂粟悬浮培养细胞中加入真菌和金属诱导子以考察其对细胞生长和野罂粟生物碱产生的作用 ,并利用HPLC法测定了培养物中野罂粟碱和黑龙辛甲醚的含量。结果显示密环菌诱导子可使黑龙辛甲醚的含量达 0 .0 2 6mg g ,野罂粟碱的含量由 0 .0 15 9提高到 0 .0 178mg g ;灰葡萄孢菌可使黑龙辛甲醚含量达 0 .0 346mg g ;Zn2 + 和Cu2 + 可使黑龙辛甲醚的含量由 0 .0 2 5 2mg g分别提高到 0 .0 2 82和 0 .0 395mg g。本研究表明 ,添加适量的真菌和金属诱导子可使野罂粟碱和黑龙辛甲醚的含量有不同程度的提高. To study on the effects of fungal and metal elicitors in the production of active alkaloids, nudicauline and amurensinine,several kinds of fungal and metal elicitors were added into Papaver nudicaule cell suspension cultures. The contents of nudicauline and amurensinine were measured by HPLC. The results showed that accumulation of the amurensinine were stimulated by the elicitors of Armillaria mellea from the lower quantity M minto 0.026mg/g, nudicauline from 0.0159 to 0.0178 mg/g. The amurensinine was increased from the lower quantity to 0.0346 mg/g by the addition of Botrytis cinerea . The content of amurensinine was increased from 0.0252mg/g of the control group to 0.0282 and 0.0395 after the addition of Zn 2+and Cu 2+ions respectively.
