重视临床医学与功能影像学的结合

Integrating Functional Imaging Concepts into Clinical Thinking

近年来医学模式和观念发生了很大转变 ,疾病的特征化诊断、个体化治疗计划、预后预测和循证医学等引起越来越广泛的重视。为提高临床实践的水平、提高服务质量、完成医学服务于社会的任务 ,有必要更好地利用功能影像技术 ,如核医学、超声、CT和磁共振等。本文对功能影像在临床医学结合的有关方面进行了初步讨论。

The world witnessed the transformation of modern medical science in recent years.Characterization of diagnosis,individualized therapy planning,predictive prognosis and case-based evaluation are clinically chased with increasing interest.To guide the medical practice making our service better and more benefit to the society,functional imaging such as nuclear medicine,ultrasound,CT and MRI should be used more actively in clinical routines.The arguments and considerations concerning the application of functional imaging were briefly introduced.
