采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定了氯苯等 6种有机污染物 ,对影响分离测定的诸因素进行了研究 ,建立了最佳色谱分离条件 ,并用于工业废水中有机污染物分析 ,回收率在 97%～ 10 3
In this paper,six organic pollutants such as chlorobenzene etc were simultaneously determined by RP-HPLC.The effects of composition of mobile phase,column temperature and flow rate on the separation are studied.The optimal chromatographic separation condition was set up,which was applied to the determination of organic pollutants in the industrial wastewater and the recovery rate is 97%～103%.
