摘要
对从江河自然水域采集的161kg、543尾中华倒刺的亲本进行了人工驯养及营养成分分析。结果:每100g肌肉的蛋白质含量为15.41g,脂肪2.12g,DHA与EPA含量较高,试验证实中华倒刺食性为杂食性,具有抗病力强、营养高、易驯养、成活率高等优点,是值得研究的养殖新品种之一。
543 fish (161kg) of Barbodes sinensis caught in Chishui River were fed in pond. The nutrition components are analyzed: the protein is 15.41g, the fat is 2.12g, and DHA and EPA contents are higher. This kind of fish has the following characteristics: omnivorous, high diseaseresistance, high nutrition, easy to raise, and high survival rate, which deserves to be studied further.
