不同生态地区初烤烟叶中石油醚提取物的分析

Analysis on Extractives of Petroleum Ether in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves from Different Ecological Regions

对8个不同生态地区初烤烟叶中石油醚提取物进行了检测分析,结果表明:不同生态条件对初烤烟叶中石油醚提取物的影响较大,总的趋势是南方烟石油醚提取物的含量高于北方烟;不同产地、不同颜色的烟叶以及烟叶的不同部位中的石油醚提取物,也存在差异;不同栽培条件对烟叶的石油醚提取物有影响。

In this paper, the extractives of petroleum ether in fluecured tobacco leaves from eight different ecological regions were determined. The result showed that the content of the extractives of petroleum ether in fluecured tobacco leaves was effected by the different ecological conditions. The total trend is that the content of the extractives of petroleum ether in south area is higher than that in north area. The extractives of petroleum ether in tobacco leaves exist differences among different production places, colors of leaves and different position of leaves on the plant. The cxtractive is affected by the cutivated conditions also.
