摘要
制备了以超细二氧化硅为载体的氰乙基化可溶性蛋白质-钯催化剂,研究了它对三丁基锡氢化物和酰氯化合物偶 联反应的催化活性。结果表明,该催化剂对偶联反应具有较高的催化活性和化学选择性,分离容易,可重复使用。采用 正交试验对影响反应的因素进行了考察,对催化反应机理进行了研究和探讨。
Silica supported cyanoethylated soluble protein-Pd has been prepared and its catalytic activity in the cross-coupling reaction of tributyltin hydride and acid chlorides was studied. The experimental results show that the catalyst has high catalytic activity and chemical selectivity, it can be separated easily from the reaction mixture after reaction and can be reused for several times. The influencing factors of reaction were investigated with orthogonal experimental design. The catalytic mechanism was also studied and discussed.
