摘要
研究了以水杨酸乙酯、双酚A为原料,二丁基氧化锡为催化剂合成水杨酸双酚A酯,考查了催化剂及用量、反应温度、反应时间及物料配比等因素的影响。结果表明:催化剂用量为0.6g,反应温度为120~130℃,反应时间为4h,物料配比为2.10:1,在此条件下,产率在94%以上。产物结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁氢谱进行了表征。
Bisphenol A disalicylate was synthesized by using ethyl salicylate and bisphenol A as raw material and organic tin as catalyst. The effects of catalyst, temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of the raw material on the reaction were studied. The experimental result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: amount of catalyst was 0. 6g, reaction temperature was 120-130℃ , reaction time was 4h, and molar ratio of ethyl salicylate to bisphenol A was 2. 10 : 1. Under these conditions, the product quality was stable and the yield of the production could be up to 94%. The structure of the product was characterized by melting point, elemental analysis, IR, and 1 HNMR.
