摘要
研究了以氨磺酸为催化剂,马来酸和正丁醇为原料合成马来酸二丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,醇酸 物质的量比为3:1,催化剂用量为0.5g(马来酸为0.05 mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为5 mL,反应时间为1.5 h是最适 宜的反应条件,酯化率达96.8%。
The synthesis of dibutyl maleate with butyl alcohol and maleic acid as reactants and amidosulphonic acid as catalyst has been studied. The influencing factors of reaction were investigated. The results showed thai the appropriate conditions should be: weight of catalyst was 0. 5 g (weight of maleic acid 0. 05 mol) ; molar ratio of butyl alcohol to maleic acid was 3:1; reaction time was 1.5 h; the water taking reagent (toluene) was 5 mL. The yield of dibutyl maleate was about 96. 8%.
