摘要
本文采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术在Ti_2AlNb表面制备了镍铬铁铝氮化硼(NiCrFeAl/BN)涂层,对涂层的表面硬度、结合强度、高温热稳定性、与Ti_2AlNb基材的热循环匹配性、与Ti_2AlNb叶片的对磨匹配性进行了表征和研究。研究表明:镍铬铁铝氮化硼涂层在650℃下保温500h后涂层组织与性能稳定性良好,在室温~650℃冷热循环实验40次后涂层依然与Ti_2AlNb基材结合完好,在650℃、线速度300m/s、进给速率5~480μm/s下涂层与Ti_2AlNb叶片对磨的可磨耗性优异,可以满足发动机Ti_2AlNb材质的高压压气机对最高工作温度650℃的封严涂层的使用要求。
In this paper, NiCrFeAl/BN coating was prepared on the surface of Ti_2AlNb substrate by means of oxygen-acetylene flame coating. Series of properties of the new coating, such as surface hardness, bonding strength, thermal stability, wear matchability with Ti_2AlNb blade, were characterized and investigated. The results show that NiCrFeAl/BN coating keeps good stability of microstructure and property under the condition of dwelling 500 h at 650 ℃. The thermal cycling test accounting 40 times totally from room temperature to 650 ℃displays that the interface between the coating and Ti_2AlNb substrate is still intact. In addition, the coating exhibits an excellent wear performance against with Ti_2AlNb blade in the case of 300m/s line speed, 5~480m/s feeding rate at 650℃. Due to those outstanding integrated properties, the new coating has great potential to reach the request of the maximum working temperature of 650℃ as sealing coating used for the high pressure compressor engine.
