摘要
为防止与对磨部件剧烈摩擦时燃烧,本文采用大气等离子喷涂方法在TC17钛合金表面涂敷了氧化铝钛耐磨涂层。对喷涂前后钛合金基体与涂层界面处的金相组织、元素扩散以及显微硬度等力学性能的变化情况进行了系统分析。结果表明,大气等离子喷涂氧化铝钛涂层并未造成TC17钛合金基体组织和力学性能的变化,可以对钛合金起到有效的保护作用。
To prevent titanium-fi re generated from the intense friction between titanium parts and the grinding member, alumina-3%titanium wear-resistant coating was prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying on the surface of the TC17 alloy. Compared to titanium alloy before spraying, the metallurgical structure, element diffusion, and mechanical properties such as microhardness etc. of titanium alloy matrix near the interface between titanium alloy and coating after spraying were investigated in detail. It was demonstrated that the alumina titanium coating prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying had nearly no infl uence on the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of TC17 titanium alloy matrix.
