摘要
对使用黄河水初期、中末期原水及出厂水致突变水平进行了检测。结果表明:“引黄”初期原水致突变阴性,出厂水有机提取物对TA98、TA100致突率明显,说明该水样中存在移码型及碱基置换型直接致突变物。而中末期原水突变水平上升,出厂水致突变水平较初期下降,但均对TA98致突明显,说明该水样中存在移码型直接致突变物。
The mutagenic level in the initial, middle, and last period of the Yellow River raw water diversion and treated water out of the plant was tested. The result showed that mutagenicity was negative in the initial period, mutation rate of organic extraction to TA98,TA100 in treated water showed that frame shift and base substitution direct mutagen existing in the sample, whereas it increased in the middle and last period, and decreased in the treated water comparing with the initial period.
