摘要
目的 为IL - 2的规模化生产提供可靠的生产用菌种。方法 冻干 2年的工作种子批经理化、微生物、生物学活性等分子水平的检测 ,进行定期监测。结果 经全面检测 ,包括基因序列分析等与原始菌种一致。结论 高效重组人IL - 2生产用菌种 ,符合《中国生物制品规程》2 0 0 0版检标准 ,冻干菌种 - 2 0℃保存 2年 。
Objective To supply reliable bacteria strain for the large-scale production of IL-2.Methods 2 years lyophilized working strain stock was assayed for its physical,chemical,microbiological and biological characteristics at intervals.Results All the characteristics including gene sequences are identical to the original strain.Conclusion The recombinant IL-2 strain is complied with the standards of 'Regulation of Biological Products of China',2000 press.Lyophilized stock strain frozen at-20℃ for 2 years is pretty stable.
