摘要
在不同生态环境地区,主要的公路水毁原因也不尽相同。文中按湖北省划分的9个生态区,利用"特尔斐法"对各生态区进行调查与反馈,对调查结果进行处理,得到湖北省公路水毁主要因素及其权重,并结合生态区的气候、降雨、地质地貌等自然地理状况对这些原因进行定量及定性分析。
The primary causes of damage to roads by heavy rain vary in different geographical regions.Hubei province will be divided into nine regions in terms of the natural environment.Every region is reseached by Delphi method about the damage to road due to heavy rain.And then a series of cause with their power percentages are acquired.The causes is sorted into importance according to their power percentages after being analyzed,and then the primary causes are got through considering their climate,rain intensity and geology etc.
