摘要 自重型燃气轮机引入国内以来,其安装和检修技术已逐渐为大家所熟知。但在机组检修过程中,燃气轮机缸体整体起吊作业并不常见。本文介绍了上海市电力公司闸北发电厂#4燃气轮机气缸整缸起吊方案,总结了机组返厂后整缸调整的相关经验。通过检修实践,初步探索了PG9171E燃气轮机整缸起吊及调整的施工工艺,为同类型机组检修提供了技术借鉴。 Since the entry of heavy-duty gas turbines into China, their installation and maintenance technologies have become well known. However, during the maintenance of the unit, the overall lifting operation of the gas turbine cylinder is not common. This paper introduces the whole cylinder lifting scheme of #4 gas turbine of Shanghai Zhabei Power Plant, and summarizes the experience of the whole cylinder adjustment when the unit is returned to the factory. Through the maintenance practice, the construction process of whole cylinder lifting and adjusting of PG9171 E gas turbine was explored, which provided a technical reference for the maintenance of the same type of gas turbine.
