Progress in Study on the Relationship Between Estrogen Receptor and Menopause

雌激素受体是一类有配体激活的核转录因子 ,介导大部分的雌激素反应。研究雌激素受体的作用机制 ,有助于深入了解雌激素的不同靶器官效应。近年来 ,有关雌激素受体的报道层出不穷 ,尤其是两种受体亚型的组织学定位及其与妇科内分泌的关系 ,已普遍认为雌激素受体广泛存在于体内多个器官、与绝经期及绝经后相关疾病有着密切的关系。

Estrogen receptor(ER) is a kind of nucleic transcripting factors, activated by ligand which can mediate most of estrogen associated reactions. The study on the mechanism of action of ER will contribute to further understanding for different effects of estrogen on the target organs. In recent years, reports concerning estrogen receptor were commonly seen, especially concerning the histological location of two subtypes of ER and their correlation with gynecological endocrine system. It is commonly considered that ER exists broadly in many organs of the body, and has a close associations with climacteric and postmenopausal relating diseases. In this article , we summarized the progress in study on the correlations of two types of estrogen receptor ERα and ERβ with menopause relating diseases.
