The Mechanisms on Preterm Delivery Caused by Intrauterine Infection

宫内感染是早产发生的重要原因。宫内感染发生早产主要与前列腺素合成增多、细胞因子的异常分泌、基质金属蛋白酶活性增加、一氧化氮及促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素合成增多有关。前列腺素是早产分娩机制的最后途径。

Intrauterine infection is a major cause of preterm delivery. Intrauterine infection in women with preterm delivery is mainly associated with the increase of prostaglandin synthesis, abnormal excretion of cytokines, increased activity of matrix metalloproteinases, and increased nitric oxide and increased synthesis of CRH. The increase of prostaglandins is the last step in mechanism on preterm delivery which directly stimulate uterine contraction and soften the cervix in preterm delivery.
