摘要 近年来妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )病因的免疫学说成为研究热点 ,免疫学指标在妊高征预测中的价值被研究并肯定 ,预测妊高征的指标很多 ,但目前尚无一种可以做为可靠的特异性预测的指标用于临床 ,联合应用可望提高预测价值。 The immunopathogenic theory of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) has been hot topic in recent years. This review summarizes the value of immunologic markers for prediction of PIH, and suggests that predicting markers are so many, but up to now, none of them can be used in clinical as a reliable and particular predictor. Combined application may improve the predictive value.
