随着社会矛盾不断加深,纠纷不断增多,基层法官与当事人之间、基层法院与民众之间的冲突也逐渐显现出来,整个法院系统内部工作人员都面临着巨大的压力。当前中国所有基层法院都要面对来自社会的压力,这种社会压力对整个基层法官人群造成了巨大的心理负担。基层法官人群普遍出现了亚健康状态,心理上产生了对自身职业尊荣的失落感。从原因上来看,这种失落感源自法官权力行使和权利保障两方面。因此,亟须在制度上构建一套更加符合现代司法理念的基层法官职业保障制度。

In the construction of socialist harmonious society under the background of the process of the construction of the country under the rule of Chinese local judges,under pressure from all sides,and at the same time also as a part of the judicial system to work hard.The classification of these materials through the interpretation and analysis,I see the heart of the modern grass-roots deep frustration of judges,and judges that the current living conditions of Primary worrying.This article attempts from the perspective of positivism attention local judges survival situation,and from theoretical height analysis,solve the hidden problems.Through months of Dayi County,Sichuan Province People’s Court judges of the Court’s observation and interviews,the author has accumulated and sorted out a series of grass-roots level can reflect the real status of the judges of material existence.
