关于开设《人权法》全英课程的思考

人权教育作为中国人权行动计划的一部分,对普及人权知识起到较大的作用。法学院中人权法课程内容的设置显得尤为重要。本文通过对中国及国际上相关内容的研究,提出了法学院人权法课程应以人权教育和实践为核心,指出人权法全英课程设置的必要性,并时其教学规划提出了几点思考。

As part of China’s human rights action plan,education for human rights has played a critical role to publicize the human rights knowledge.The Human Rights Law courses offered by law schools are of special significance.Author in this paper.after analyzing the research on human rights courses offered both in China and foreign countries or regions,concludes that Human Rights Law course offered in the law schools should be oriented in human rights practices,and he also points out the necessities of conducting the Human Rights Law courses all in English language,and the direction for future development.
