摘要
方法论对于人权法的教学具有重要的意义。基于8年的人权法教学实践,本文提供了人权法教学方法论的三点经验。首先,要夯实人权法教学的知识基础。其次,在展开人权法教学的实践过程中,要注重设计授课内容、课堂讨论以及体会交流。最后,人权法教学要坚持现实针对性、唯物辩证性、鲜活时代性和形式多样性等特点。
Methodology plays a great part in the teaching of human rights law.This article has demonstrated three arguments on the basis of the writer’s eight-year human rights law teaching experiences.In the first place,a firm knowledge foundation should be laid for conducting the Human Right Law educational programs.In the second place,the emphasis of the human rights law should be laid on the design of the contents,class discussion sessions and interactions.Finally,the teaching of human rights law has to be specific to realities,be dialectic and versatile in form,and among others,has to keep up with times.
