The Development Path,Theory and System in Socialist Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics

经过长期的摸索和实践,中国已经走出了一条具有中国特色的社会主义人权发展道路,创立了中国特色社会主义人权理论,而且建立了相应的人权保障制度。本文归纳了中国特色社会主义人权发展道路之五个方面的特点,总结了中国特色社会主义人权理论的重要观点,并且分析了中国特色社会主义人权保障制度的三个层次。只有坚持中国特色社会主义人权发展道路才能更好地推进我国人权事业的发展和进步。

Through a long-time exploration and practice,China has broken a development path of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics,and established a unique theory of human rights and relevant security institutions.This Paper firstly generalizes five features of the development path,then sums up some important opinions of the human rights theory,and finally analyzes three layers of the security system.Only persisting in the development path of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics can we promote the development and progress of human rights career in our country.
